2009 Amazon SeasonThe "Belle" Tolls with 1619 Amazon Peacock Bass. Well, Don Cutter couldn't have asked for a better Start for his 2009 Season as he takes over the Santana Fleet.
The numbers speaks for itself , 1619 Peacock Bass up to 24.5 LB. caught by Bob Irwin from Ocala Florida. The group of ONLY 9 anglers caught 19 over 20 LB. and 158 over 10 lb. several were in the 15- 19 LB. range. Most of the bigger Peacock 's were caught on the bigger top water plugs they just love the sound of those ripping props. The 3-8 Lb. peacock's were caught on Zara Spooks jerk baits and feather jigs.
Now if this isn't enough, at the end of everyday our Btler Harry would greet us with an ice cold Juice to quench our thirst after a hard , hot day of fishing. Only to be complemented by delicious meals prepared by Gourmet Chef Euelides with the help of our ladies Hildete & Mara who also cleans our laundry and air conditioned rooms everyday.
Like I have mentioned for the past 9 years this Outfit has the best guides in the Amazon and the service onboard "The Belle" is second to none. there are still plenty of prime spot still available for this Fall & Winter. My next group is leaving Jn.15-23 onboard The Santana III $3495.00
